one day in the life of petrol bunk account officer

When I and my blog partner came through avinashi road, we found an IOCL petrol bulk nearby fun republic mall, and then we decided to talk with a woman working over there to know about role of woman in petrol bulk, there we found a woman who is working as accounts officer. Our tamilnadu typical woman won’t like to share their information suddenly with a strange person but she understood our intention to meet, so she said ok to us, then she started sharing her role in petrol bunk, about her family. Her name is shanthi, she did BSC chemistry, she has more than 15 years work experience, and her husband is doing some business. They have two sons, one is working as lecturer in a college, and another son is studying. The interesting and inspirational thing we heard about her is that she is the one who is managing 30 other petrol bulk labours working there. She told that these labours are assigning to one in three shifts, she will assign these shift schedule. As a lady managing 30 labours is appreciable one. So we felt woman’s leadership quality in real life situation.
She told that earlier she had her work experience in one pump industry and in a contract based company. Her husband is in business, her son also working in college, for her no need to work in petrol bulk, but still  she like to work there, nowadays though family have enough wealth to fulfil their needs in this society ,some woman want to work and keep on enriching their skills ,knowledge.
We enquired about petrol price hike, she replied as once hike has been announced at midnight, they will enter the new oil price in that digital reader without any help of technician. She revealed that if they have more stock of oil in their bulk when prices have been hiked, then they will have some more profit. She is happy in this job. She didn’t show any interest about present politics news when we asked about her ideas on present politics news.

For centuries, women were treated as less-than-equal to men in many ways.Nowadays, we can find  that woman are into almost all sectors, they are more empowered to do whatever they want.So we can say that woman came out fro those dark ages and they are adding value to society.
